In celebration of these big traditions, UTalk held a Facebook-photo liking contest. This month is even made more special as it’s also the “Month of Love” with Valentine’s Day just a few days ahead of the official Panagbenga opening ceremony. Truly, the festivities and flower designs all over the city are one for the books. This month, Baguio celebrates the world-famous annual Panagbenga Festival and it's surely the time again for locals and tourists alike to experience the city in full bloom.
